So our little princess is now 3 years old and I can't believe it. Wow, how time flies. She is so grown up already, and very independent. Everyone says they dread the "terrible" two's, but to me in a lot of ways three is harder....she is just so opinionated now and fixated on having things go her way. I am glad for her strong spirit though and her desire to do things on her own. I am looking forward to this next year, they go away to school way to fast and I want to cherish every moment with her still as my little girl that needs her mommy :) Plus, this princess age is just so much fun to me...who doesn't love getting to dress up!
She LOVES princess anything so we decided to throw her a princess party where all the girls came in princess clothes and the boys as knights. She was an adorable Cinderella, one of her favs....among others, it changes from week to week. She had lots of friends come over and they seemed to have a blast. For food we had white chocolate covered pretzel rods (or magic wands!), raspberry and cream cheese sandwiches, gold coin cookies, veggies (because you have to throw in something healthy!) and sparkling pink punch. We decorated the house with white lights and disney princess decor.
This is her right after I got her all ready and we are waiting on the guests to arrive.

A friend we go to church with makes beautiful cakes. She did Bella's lion cake last year and made this adorable princess cake for her this year.

The kids decorated tiaras and crowns with stick on jewels.

Carson just after waking up from his nap. I think this expression says it all! He is thinking, who and the world are all these crazy kids in my house!

They played pin the sword on the dragon. We had to boy it up somehow!
Opening all the great princessy gifts!

A Cinderella doll to match!
This castle tent was the hit of the party. You should have seen how many little princesses squeezed inside and the pandemonium it caused...we eventually had to put it away, it caused too many fights and tears.
Getting ready to cut the cake!
