Bella's first Quarterly Primary Activity

Bella had her first Primary Quarterly activity since becoming a Sunbeam this year. She was really excited to attend, although she did get a little nervous when we first got there. I ended up sitting with her while she did the first part, then she was fine after that. The focus of the activity was preparedness and 72 hour kits. First, they were shown a real 72 hour kit, then they glued and colored little pictures and made a "spiritual" preparedness necklace. Next, they traveled around to different rooms to learn more about how to be prepared for different situations with fun activities.

Carson wanted so bad to join in the fun. Josh more let him wander around and look at stuff and we thought it was so cute as he pointed to a picture of a little girl with Jesus.
Those little minds....so attentive and ready to learn!

Where did they go?

When they were all done they go to go outside for a snack and sidewalk chalk fun. Josh of course had to join in and drew a nice C-17 with runway included.
Bella and 2 other little girls just mixed their colors scribbling a big blob, but they had a lot of fun doing it.
