Well, this is February in Alaska at our house! Well this first pic is the view from our house across the street. It is so beautiful, but brrrrr....doesn't it make you feel cold?! Carson doesn't handle being out in the snow for a very long time, especially because he can't understand the concept of keeping the gloves on, so Josh spent some time with Bella building a princess castle in the snow while Carson napped. Basically he shoveled a big hole in the snow in the middle of our yard all the way to the ground with a bench in the side that was her throne. He ended up shoveling a path all through the yard like a maze that was fun for her to run through. When you live in this climate you just have to bundle up and get outside sometimes and you can have lots of fun.

Snow rafting! It didn't end up working out too well. It's very hard to paddle in the snow!
