Josh, working hard!

Oh, the joys of a US Air Force C-17 pilot. Being the spouse of one definately has its perks....which is good because we also have to deal with him being gone an average of one week a month, but we deal with it as a family and are getting more used to the hectic schedule. Josh at least is getting so see the world and having a blast doing it. With us being stationed in Alaska, currently much of the world he sees is in the Pacific. So, while we are freezing up here he gets to travel to Guam, Hawaii, Diego Garcia, Japan, Thailand, California and so on. I am happy for him though and love to see all the pictures and trinkets he brings home for us. Not to mention we did actually snag a trip with him to Hawaii once, one of those perks, ya know! The kids love seeing "Daddy's" airplane and any other plane around, they are plentiful here. We are so proud of him and know that this is just part of our journey in life right now, he seems to be making the most of it, don't you think? Recently, Josh headed out on a trip that included Japan and Diego Garcia, here is a few pics to enjoy. Try not to be too jealous, at least that is what I do!

Icing off the plane, getting ready to head out of Alaska.

We love taking pictures of beautiful flowers we see, especially tropical ones.

Josh has developed a love for sushi on all his trips to Japan.
